1. The resource should have 12+ years of experience switching products.
2. Should have at least 5+ years of experience on the IST Switch
3. Strong knowledge of the IST Switch, Data Navigator, Fraud, and Risk Management modules
4. Strong knowledge of the member banks onboarding and certification with the domestic/global schemes
5. Good knowledge of ISO 8583 messages, EFT, and authorization simulators
6. Experience of requirement gathering at client site and analysis of the same
7. Should be in a position to assist the team in resolving any technically challenging complex issues
8. Knowledge of and experience of working with multiple Payment schemes across the world
9. Solutioning skills and experience of large scale solution design on at least 2 projects
10. Ability to communicate effectively, good presentation skills
11. Good written communications desirable
